In recent years, the International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for top officials from globally scrutinized countries like Russia, Israel, and Palestine. Yet, figures like Putin are greeted with red carpets in places like Mongolia, while figures like Netanyahu move freely on diplomatic visits to places like Germany. Will international justice catch up with those implicated in serious crimes, and if so, when?

  • Ala Qandil - Polish-Palestinian reporter, social activist. Former PAP correspondent in Palestine/Israel, who currently runs the Polish-Palestinian Cactus Justice Initiative at the Nomada Association. 
  • Kaja Kowalczewska - researcher at the Digital Justice Center at the University of Wroclaw dealing with international humanitarian and criminal law and new technologies coordinator of the Coalition for Victims, Survivors and Witnesses co-founded by the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
  • Michal Nasilovsky - an employee of the National Prosecutor's Office, who since 2022 has been working on documenting international crimes committed during the Russian-Ukrainian war, also working in the project “In search of international justice in the digital age” conducted at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
