After the film "Being Mikołaj," there will be a meeting with Mikołaj, the film's protagonist, Piotr Jacoń, and Adelajda Tyszczuk. The meeting will be moderated by Piotr Jankowski from the Tolerado Foundation.

The main character of the documentary "Being Mikołaj." Activist, board member of the "Tęczowe Opole" Association, which advocates for people in the LGBT+ community and organizes the Equality March in Opole.

PIOTR JACOŃ

Journalist, documentary filmmaker, author of the books "We, Trans" and "Wiktoria. Transgender Is Not Everything," as well as the reportages "All About My Child" (finalist for the Radio Zet Andrzej Woyciechowski Award) and "All About My Country" (nominated for the Newsweek Teresa Torańska Award, main prize in the "Documentary" category at Cannes International Film Week). He received a Silver Dolphin at the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards for his report "This Is Not in the Coalition Agreement." The activist was also honored with the "Crown of Equality" by the KPH (Catholic Philosophy Committee) and the Medal of Freedom of Speech by the Grand Press Foundation. He is the father of two daughters, one of whom is transgender.

ADELAJDA TYSZCZUK 

A transgender woman, a transfeminist, and a broadly defined defender of women's rights. She writes columns published online and is an activist and volunteer with the Tolerado Association.

TOLERADO FOUNDATION – moderated by Piotr Jankowski

The Tolerado LGBT Association has been supporting the Pomeranian LGBT+ community for years, providing comprehensive assistance in the form of support groups, consultations, self-help groups, and events that build public knowledge and awareness of human rights. We organize the Tricity Equality Days and the Tricity Equality March, which culminates in the event – ​​one of the largest events of its kind in Poland. Since 2017 under the patronage of the Mayor of Gdańsk, and since 2019 also under the patronage of the Mayor of Sopot.
