There is a ramp leading from the car park to the cinema. The entrance door is not automatic and does not have an opening button. If you have any problems opening it, please call: +48 22 635 30 78.


The cinema box office is located just inside the entrance on the left, and its counter is approximately 1.3 metres high. You can purchase festival tickets at the box office, but if you need information about the event itself, it is best to go to the Festival Centre, which is located opposite the entrance and has a counter approximately 90 cm high.


The toilet for persons with disabilities is located at the end of the café, on the left-hand side. The door has a lowered handle. Inside, there is a handrail on one side of the toilet. The cinema also has a baby changing table, which can be requested from the staff.


The screening room is located in front of the café, to the left of the entrance. Seats for wheelchair users are located in the first, second, fourth and fifth rows, on both sides of the hall. The rows are quite close together and the aisle between them is narrow. The entire hall is sloped and has no stairs.
