Fast Lane to Gig Economy. Discussion after the screening of “Tokyo Uber Blues”

Why do bike couriers ride in snowstorms, and why can't workers in small shops rest on Sundays? We've grown accustomed to ordering through apps, but we prefer not to think about the people who bring the goods to our homes. Who makes our lives more convenient, for what pay and under what conditions? Why can't everyone find a better job?
