DISCUSSION: DISCOURSES (UN)CHANGED

DISCUSSION: DISCOURSES (UN)CHANGED

What is identity, and how is it expressed? Does choosing a particular narrative shape certain associations? To what extent do vivid and “loud” narratives serve the causes and communities they describe?

We invite you to a discussion featuring Dr. Anna Drońska – painter, performance artist, co-founder of the Fałdy Art Group, and member of the Equal Opportunity Committee at the University of Warmia and Mazury; Anita Sokulska from the TransAtlantyk group; and Prof. Dorota Sepczyńska – historian of philosophy, educator, cultural animator, and science popularizer.

The event will be moderated by Aleksandra Drzał-Sierocka – cultural studies scholar, film expert, and co-organizer of the Olsztyn edition of the traveling WATCH DOCS Festival.
