Toruń Improvised Orchestra was founded in January 2019 on the initiative of Maciej Karmiński, a percussionist and experimental musician known, for example, from such ensembles as Autumn or Droga Krajowa , who, from the very beginning of this creation, has focused on openness in matters such as the formation of the line-up and the amateur-professional character of its conduct.
